**Customer Service Administrator - Magherafelt - Permanent**
- Salary: £23,000 per annum
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm - 30-minute lunch break
- Permanent position

**Your focus will be to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, resulting in positive customer feedback and return custom. Duties will include**:

- Monitoring, responding, and resolving customer queries on social media
- Calling customers when they request a call back service
- Offering alternative solutions where appropriate, with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction
- Dealing with transport companies to track deliveries
- Answering and directing calls to the relevant departments

**Criteria**:

- Previous experience working in a customer service or retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and confident decision-maker
