**The role**:
- Ensure co-ordination of tasks, deadlines and approvals across the Org Change comms and engagement team
- Support the delivery of the team’s overall objectives
**As a Communications Coordinator your main responsibilities would be**:
- Maintain the Excel-based org change comms grid/planner on a daily basis
- Ensure alignment of tasks with other UKRI comms teams - notably Internal Comms, by attending meetings and monitoring Asana updates
- Set up and manage team’s meetings/diary
- Attended the team’s main meetings and record actions to add to comms grid
- Chase up information and approvals - politely and assertively
- Assist with creating and maintaining PowerPoint presentations
- Undertake basic information updates on UKRI intranet (the Source) as directed by team colleagues
- Maintain data for evaluation reporting: quarterly evaluation dashboards, Board OCC comms report - in collaboration with Head of Communications and Engagement for Org Change (HC&E OC)
**You’ll have relevant experience in**:
- Excellent verbal, writing and inter-personal skills
- Planning and project management
- MS Office - particularly Excel
