Shipping Coordinator

**Location**:

**Salary**:

28,000 - 32,000 per annum

Working Days:

- Monday To Friday

Our Client Is looking For a Shipping Coordinator to join their team. Typically work in warehouse offices where they communicate instructions,based on the customers' shipping needs and ensure successful transfer of goods.

**Role**
- To act as a liaison between Yuasa and NNR London
- To complete excel spreadsheets for data entry
- To ensure integrity of all information on data sheets
- To update replenishment stock records
- To be the “face” of NNR within Yuasa
- To ensure Yuasa have all information required
- To judge stock rotation

**Knowledge**
- An extensive knowledge of excel
- Exceptional customer service skills
- To be highly organized
- To be meticulous in details

**Working Requirements**
- Daily excel data input
- Daily communication with NNR London
- Daily organization of Bills of Lading information, packing lists and general documentation
- Utilize Yuasa’s in house system
