**What you'll be doing**

We are looking for a Programme Administrator to assist our development team and provide administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of new homes into management
- Manage the collation, recording and communication of property information following the handover of new units.
- Lead on the maintenance and provision of analysis for projects and individual new home property information using SDS Sequel, Open Housing and other data management systems at CHP.
- Lead in the monitoring and maintenance of property records and contract documents, including Title and Land Registration information to ensure all documentation is received and is accurate, liaising with a range of internal and external customers.
- Co-ordinate the ‘signing and sealing’ of development contracts.
- Monitor and analyse the recording of defects throughout the defect liability period.

- Good standard of secondary education with a high level of literacy, numeracy and IT proficiency.
- Excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
