The client is a large transportation company, responsible for managing national infrastructure and ensuring a safe and efficient service.

The key responsibilities of the HR Officer include:

- Delivering Employee Relations support to the HR Business Partner
- Taking notes during ER meetings
- Producing sickness and absence reports for line managers
- Complete return to work interviews

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful HR Officer should have:

- Experience working in a HR background
- Be familiar with the processes of Employee Relations cases
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Uses initiative and takes responsibility for their own caseload
