Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team at Creative Support. As an HR Officer/Senior Officer, you will play a key role in delivering efficient human resource services and ensuring the highest standards of internal and external customer care to our employees nationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an efficient HR service, ensuring rigorous personnel procedures are carried out in accordance with agency and stakeholder requirements.
  • Advise and support senior staff on welfare issues, ill health and attendance, capability, grievance, disciplinary procedures, and ensure legal compliance, fairness, consistency, and good practice in all HR matters and procedures.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related issues, and develop solutions to improve HR processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex HR data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way.
