We’re With You So let us tell you more.- What you need to know about the role- The CRM team is on a mission to support our members make the most of their gym membership as well as running the most effective possible promotional campaigns to our mailing lists.- This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to quickly develop their marketing skills and to use Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the market leader in CRM technology. We'd love you to grow the with business and we'll support you in achieving your goals.- As CRM Executive you will:
- Campaigns:
- QA campaigns and templates
- Answer queries from other areas of the business
- Participate in team planning Carry out regular reviews of campaign performance including reporting upwards, identifying gaps and opportunities
- Technical skills:
- Test templates to ensure correct rendering across all key client and browser combinations
- Create segments using data filters or basic SQL
- Stakeholders:
- Keep stakeholders updated on plans and progress Collaborate with the wider CRM, Digital Trading, Marketing, Product, Data and Tech teams

- 1-2 years hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- You're perfect for the job because of your knowledge of HTML and CSS
- You have a passion for learning new things within CRM marketing and enjoy managing projects
- You're driven and full of more energy than one of those banned pre-workout shakes
- You are technically minded, super organised and able to work to tight deadlines and love working with data, You hold a strong desire to challenge and question the way we do things and are full of new ideas
