Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Croydon, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver products and services.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
