Job Overview:

Allianz is a global leader in insurance and financial services, and we are looking for a talented Client Relationship Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships to drive business growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in account management, with a minimum of four years of experience in the financial services industry. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the client's needs and preferences.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as account lead for assigned clients, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded. This will involve working closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to develop and implement effective solutions.

You will also be required to analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and supporting tenders responses for existing clients, supporting the sales process for potential new clients, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional products or services.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $140,000, depending on location and experience.
