Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Parts Sales team in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining product knowledge.

About TPS:

TPS is a leading provider of Genuine Parts and products for Volkswagen Group vehicle service and repair, operating a national network of centres with a 1,500-strong workforce.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the Parts Sales Executive Team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Monitor sales performance against set KPIs and take corrective action to address any underperformance.
  3. Plan promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  4. Maintain excellent service levels to customers via the team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  5. Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing a B2B sales team, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • High degree of IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office, with experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience), as well as a range of benefits including a motivating and inclusive workplace with opportunities for growth and development.
