Salary:£55,000 - £70,000 per annum
Job Description:We are looking for a talented Parts Sales Team Lead to join our team and take responsibility for leading our Parts Sales team in the UK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and building strong relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership experience in a B2B environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
