Senior Sales Director

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Director to lead our Parts Sales team and drive sales growth in the UK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and building strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership experience in a B2B environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
