The Key Accounts team manages a large portfolio of projects for Local Authorities, NHS Trusts and other clients. The role involves working closely with the Account Executives/Account Managers to keep track of project progress and reporting. A large proportion of time is spent liaising with clients and the Occupational Therapists so good communication skills are paramount.

- Prior administrative experience in a customer-focussed role an advantage

**Working for The OT Practice**:
We pride ourselves on being a caring, friendly, and professional company. New joiners will receive an initial induction period and undergo a 6-month probation period with ongoing training and support.

**Working hours**: Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (5pm Fridays)

**Location**: RG27 9HY, Hook Hampshire (free on-site parking and close to Hook railway station)

**Hybrid Working Scheme (upon successfully passing** **probation)** 72 days per year to book as home-working days on Tues, Weds or Thurs.

**Progression opportunities**: These roles offer a great place to start and many of our administrative team have later progressed into roles such as Client Coordinator, Referrals Coordinator or Account Executive or Management positions.

**Holidays**: 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), with option to "purchase" up to 3 additional days each year.

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
