Here at Fleet Assess we are looking for someone to join our busy team as a Fleet Administrator. We are a growing Articulated National Trailer Rental company, who offer a comprehensive fleet f trailers and excellence in customer service.

**Are you the right person for the job?**

Previous experience of working within a busy office environment

Wide experience of administrative work

Experienced Data input

Good experience of balancing and managing conflicting workloads to meet deadlines.

Previous experience in the Road transport sector would be highly desirable but not essential.

Proficient in Microsoft Applications

Able to multitask and work under own initiative,

Methodical approach with a keen eye for detail

Challenge processes and look to introduce more effective ways of working.

Must be hands on and able to work as part of a small team.

Excellent communications skills

Punctual and Presentable with a “can do “attitude.

**What will your role as a Fleet Administrator look like?**

**Customer Care**

To act as the primary point of contact of the fleet department, ensuring that professional, high quality customer care is delivered in a consistent efficient way.

Answer telephone calls and respond in a helpful appropriate manner.

**Business Support**

To assist in the provision of a comprehensive range of administrative support functions to the Fleet Department

Raising of job cards, estimates and other relevant documentation within the role.

Ensuring all data is entered into the appropriate system in a time effective manner, is accurate and reconciles to core data.

This includes matching of POD’s to invoices and the issue of purchase orders.

Record drivers’ data, ensuring vehicles and driver cards are downloaded and uploaded into the companies’ systems.

Ensure that all transport legal compliance is adhered too.

To ensure the reception area is kept tidy and customer facilities clean and supplied.

Working to agreed deadline, ensure that data and job information are entered into the company system from various sources including suppliers and other business units.

Work with the Fleet Engineering Manager under guidance of the Operations Manager and other members of the team to ensure that work is completed correctly to the required standard.

To contribute to the efficient running of the Fleet Department by assisting with the development of improved working practices and procedures.
