**The vacancy**

**Hours: 35 hours per week/70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)**

**The role**

We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator - Responsive Repairs to join our team in Oldham.

Within the role of Administrator - Responsive Repairs you will provide an efficient administration support to the Property Team and the delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, adaptations, compliance and servicing in relation to the Oldham PFI, while maintaining high standards of customer care.

**What we’re looking for**

The essential requirements for the role include:

- Office administration including IT competence.
- Experience working in a frontline customer service environment.
- Experience of working in a responsive repairs or health & safety environment (desirable)
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent through training and / or experience.
- Customer care training (desirable)
- IT skills qualification - particularly excel (desirable)
