About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Smart Repair Technician to join our team at Igloo. As a Smart Repair Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs on a mobile basis, ensuring excellent customer service and adhering to health and safety measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to all customers.
  • Explain the repair process to customers before commencing work.
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Process card payments and provide aftercare and insurance information.
  • Perform various repair tasks, including alloy wheel refurbishment, diamond cut and shadow chrome repairs, bumper corner repairs, wing mirror repairs, painted trim repairs, panel repairs, touch-in chips on bonnets, door handle repairs, and reporting to the Technical Operations Manager.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Smart Repair role, with a strong understanding of Smart repair processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Category B driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offenses.
  • ATA or IMI accreditation is desirable but not essential.
