Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis to cover maternity leave. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles and assisting across the business with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Management:
- Booking MOTs and scheduling servicing and repairs
- Administering Road Fund Licences and registration transfers
- Raising purchase orders and ensuring insurance brokers are informed of vehicle changes
- Updating tracking and dash cam administration systems
- Ordering and cancelling fuel cards
- Liaising with insurance companies regarding incidents and claims
- Driving company vehicles to and from the garage for MOTs and repairs
- Reception and Administration:
- Liaising and assisting with reception duties and covering in the absence of the Receptionist
- Performing general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- A professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people
- Able to project a positive and welcoming image of the company at all times
- Level-headed and capable of maintaining order in a fast-paced working environment
- Self-motivated and able to independently prioritize tasks
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- A current valid driving licence and comfort with driving company vehicles up to transit van size
