About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to our busy team at Pennine Care NHS FT. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of secretarial assistance to team members, including answering telephone calls, inputting and modifying data onto patient records, and photocopying.
  • Maintain diaries, arrange meetings, and support the office manager as required.
  • Deal with telephone enquiries efficiently and professionally, providing an appropriate and courteous response.
  • Work flexibly to meet the day-to-day demands of the team.

Requirements

  • Significant administrative experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and to prioritise workload.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with service users and work as part of a team.
