**The vacancy**

**Hours: 35 hours per week**

**Shift Pattern**:Hybrid working - 2 days WFH, 3 day office - Oldham**

**The role**

We are currently looking to recruit a Repairs Service Team Leader to join our team in Oldham.

Within the role of Repairs Service Team Leader you will provide an effective, efficient and responsive customer service to tenants and staff related to Oldham PFI including management of Repairs Service Advisors. Managing the systems and processes to ensure attainment and compliance with KPIs.

**What we’re looking for**

The essential requirements for the role include:

- Information gathering, reporting and monitoring systems
- Experience working in a front line customer interface environment
- An understanding of statutory compliance and responsive repairs
- Experience of collating and reporting performance information
- Customer service experience
- Educated to HNC or Degree standard or relevant experience
