Overview:
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Administrator to join our Canning Town based maintenance and repairs team on a full time permanent basis.

Our maintenance business provides a range of expert planned and responsive maintenance services to domestic properties and commercial buildings in the social housing, health and social care sectors. We look after a growing number of healthcare buildings for NHS Trusts, residential homes and educational facilities. Using the latest technology we ensure properties are well maintained, efficient and fit for purpose.

Job Purpose:
As Repairs Administrator you will be providing administrative support to our Repairs team in the execution of repairs on a housing association contract. You will be based from our office in Canning Town, however we do operate a ‘hybrid working’ culture, and this means that some home working is possible. As repairs administrator you will be acting as the main link between our operational team (maintenance operatives and engineers) and our contact centre team.

**Key responsibilities as Repairs Administrator include;**
- Monitoring and analysis of all repairs through from inception to completion to ensure contract timescales are adhered to.
- Monitoring of follow on works to completion in agreed timescales.
- Maintain and update daily job progress reports.
- Manage and update Supervisor and Operatives diaries.
- Maintain resident communications and assist in managing expectations.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.

Other key responsibilities includes reporting on and maintaining data, which includes producing and analysing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis, maintaining databases such as our repairs system (Planet FM) and the distribution of incoming/outgoing communications (e.g., letters, telephone calls, deliveries), typing and filing of documents and ad-hoc administration duties.

This is a full time permanent posiiton and working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Experience Required:
Previous administration or helpdesk experience gained working for a maintenance or construction contractor or housing association would be highly desirable, although not essential and experience gained in other sectors will be considered.
