**Repairs Administrator**
IDS are looking for a repairs administrator for 3 month fixed term basis and will be responsible for the provision of a professional customer focused front line service for IDS’s customers. The day to day duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for repairs queries
- Helping out with other areas of the business
- Taking repairs requests from residents and staff
- Placing orders with approved contractors, keeping clear records of works ordered by using our IT systems
- Updating property records and property database to ensure that accurate records and information are available
- Assisting with the processing of contractors invoices relating to repair and maintenance works
- Assisting in the monitoring of customer satisfaction and feedback relating to the repairs service
- Assisting booking appointments for gas servicing and associated works, log all compliance information and help ensure compliance
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
**Salary**: £22,127.95-£23,000.00 per year
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- London, N15 4NP (required)
