**Customer Service Representative - Fluent French speaker (essential)**

**Position Summary**:
The Specialist Customer Service Representative (French speaking) will contribute to the DFS process to enable the success of our commercial partners and distributors through world class leading customer support. In this role, the Customer Service Representative (French speaking) will build and maintain strong business relationships with our large customer base, manage orders received into the factory ensuring our internal and external customers’ expectations are met efficiently and to the highest standards throughout this process to final delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to the DFS highest safety and compliance standards.
- Receive, process and deliver tender quotes, customer orders and enquiries in line with requirements and expectations.
- Liaise with planning and production to achieve the best possible delivery dates for our customers.
- Check progress of orders in production and advise customers of any ship date changes.
- Arrange shipments as per order and customer specifications.
- Create relevant export documents which includes Commercial invoice, Packing list, Export declaration, Certificate of Origin, CMR, A.TR, Airway bills and Bill of Ladings.
- Liaise with freight forwarders for goods ready for dispatch.
- Support customers or internal stakeholders with any enquiries.
- Contribute to and maintain the value of 5S, standard work, problem solving, continuous improvement and process adherence.
- Compile and report daily standard KPIs.
- Special projects and assignments as needed or required.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Good command in both spoken and written French language is **essential.**:

- Customer focused.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Motivated to succeed, flexible in approach, able to work under pressure, and consistently deliver the required performance whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
- Passionate, with positive attitude, enthusiasm and drive for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as on own initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience of ERP (ideally Oracle) essential.
- Knowledge of Letters of Credit, inspection certificates, export licenses and shipping documentation would be an advantage.
