My public sector client based in Birmingham City Centre is looking for an Administrative Officer to work within their team. This is a temporary assignment Monday to Friday paying £10.57 and increasing to £10.98 in the 13th working week, full time 37.00 hours a week, this role is a fully onsite role.

As part of this role, you will be required, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

- Working independently on projects related to a case management system
- Handling and dispatching cheques
- Receiving and banking payments coming in
- Keeping inboxes organised and clean
- Proofreading and approving payments/receipts
- Invoice inputting
- Managing and categorising items within the inbox

**Skills required**:

- Able to prioritise workload and adapt to changeable deadlines
- Good communications in both written and verbal form

Please note this role will require a DBS check, and three years referencing.
