Field & Distribution Marketing Lead

**JOB PURPOSE**:
The Field & Distribution Marketing Lead will manage marketing activities and leads for the Quartix Field and Distribution sales teams in the UK, the US and Europe. Reporting to the Sales Director, they will be responsible for creating a marketing strategy with the aim to reach the larger fleet segment (defined as +50 vehicles).
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TARGETS**:
- Define and execute marketing plans to support the Field Sales teams in achieving their targets
- Define and execute marketing plans to win new distributors globally, with a particular focus on the US
- Marketing planning and budget management to achieve targets
- Monitor and optimise campaigns and lead sources to ensure cost effectiveness
- Analyse and define the nurturing stages and barriers to purchase for larger fleet segment - including getting buy in to this from sales and systems
- Execute on campaigns working closely with Field Sales and Distribution on joint strategies and plans.
- Event (online and offline) planning to support lead generation and brand awareness
- Support and Monitor sales collateral and presentations to support nurturing stages
- Own Salesloft cadences to help optimise field sales process - collaborate with field team leaders to improve key metrics
- Implement the relevant tools and creation of a strategy to enhance our larger fleet prospecting as well as upper funnel expansion and automation
- Manage and monitor multiple campaigns and continuous marketing of the Field Sales opportunities and new distributor opportunities
- Running campaigns to improve our sales velocity using digital strategies and integrated content plans
- Manage and execute on UK, FR and European Marketing events on behalf of Field Sales and Distribution
- All other reasonable requests by the Sales Director
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Experienced in the administration and training of Salesloft and Salesforce
- Ideally you have campaign management experience, or you have product marketing experience from a B2B SaaS business
- Excellent collaboration skills and able to handle conflict for a positive outcome
- B2B Marketing experience as well as ABM experience
- Work well under pressure, self-motivated - always looking to improve.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills-**ideally able to converse in French to enable you to communicate with our FR Field Sales Team**:
- Great leadership and influencer skills
- Not afraid to give or receive constructive feedback when working with external suppliers or internal colleagues to achieve a positive outcome for the teams involved
- Great at decision making and problem solving
- Willingness to travel and be away from home for a short period
- Confidence to speak to customers to gain buy-in on customer success stories, webinar contributions/presentations
- Analytical skills - particularly around campaign metrics and performance
- Understanding of GDPR regulations in the UK, US and EU
