Field Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Representative to join our power distribution team at Network Plus Services. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for assessing and reporting on power outages affecting connected customers, tracing and following power lines to identify affected properties, and communicating effectively with customers to inform them about planned works and potential power outages.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and attention to detail. You will be required to drive to various work sites, document findings, and report any discrepancies or issues to management for further action. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £38,500 per annum, opportunities for career advancement, and comprehensive training and support.
