Sales Administrator

We're fortunate enough to have our frames hang in places such as Buckingham Palace, Harrods, Porsche and tens of thousands of homes, hotels and businesses throughout the UK and Europe.
We work in a fast-paced, exciting environment where you will be dealing with valuable business accounts that require ‘above and beyond’ account management. The role will report to the Key Account Manager and provide vital support to the sales team. You'll take ownership of important administrative tasks and act as an extension of the sales team, supporting them in meeting their ambitious sales targets.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Proactive communication with clients
- Preparing bespoke quotations, sending samples and carriage quotes
- Processing sales enquiries and orders using standard data & computer programs
- Manage incoming artwork, accurately match to orders and add to print queues if to be printed
- Assist with the creation of products specs and discounts
- Progressing orders, including the purchase of materials and the scheduling of delivery
- Willingness to provide advice and support to other staff
- General Sales office duties
- Liaison with couriers to resolve delivery queries or delays
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Business understanding and ability to empathise with customers
- Fast and accurate
- Good numeracy and IT skills, particularly spreadsheets and photoshop, would be an advantage
- The ability to plan and organise work schedules, prioritise and delegate when needed
- Excellent time management
- Commercially-minded and recognition that the customer is King

Normal hours: Monday - Friday, 9 - 5.30pm
