**People, Performance & Operations Team Overview***:
The global EssenceMediacom People team partner with the senior leadership and the Worldwide Hub teams. In addition, we work collaboratively with locally based HR and Talent teams to deliver transformational people strategies and operations across every one of our +100 markets. We fully integrate with our client groups across the business to truly understand our business challenges, opportunities, and source of competitive advance. We are represented at every level of our business, including playing a key and influential role at the board/EXCO level.

Our remit is more than traditional HR; through our talent and development brief, we focus on optimising individual, team, and organisational performance. That includes how we structure our business, design our teams, operationalise our business strategy, and optimise the symbiotic relationship between our people and our global performance. For the right individual with the ability to clearly see the big picture and deliver integrated people-centric solutions to our business and directly to our clients, this role is a key part of our People team.

**You in the HR Advisor Role***:
We are looking to hire a true partner to join our Global client team as a People Advisor who understands the importance of putting people first to deliver better results for our colleagues and clients. You will need to See the Bigger Picture help our global client teams and support managers to motivate and engage colleagues, treating people as individuals and ensuring everyone can thrive and perform. You will have a wide-ranging brief to maintain and develop strong and credible working relationships across the business, creating a trust-based culture that drives long-term business performance.

A key part of the role is being able to handle a fast-moving, constantly changing environment with agility and integrity. This role is central to maintaining a cohesive and positive environment within the team, so being hands-on and ready to help our colleagues with whatever task or project, both small or large, is essential.

**Reporting Structure**

Reporting to an EssenceMediacom People Partner with key stakeholder relationships with other People team members and key business leads across MediaCom, GroupM, and the broader WPP network.

**Key Attributes**
- A key member of the Global People team who can collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver effective employee experience, take accountability, and be driven to achieve results.
- Must have a proven track record in Talent/HR/People specialism or professional studies and seeking to implement and grow the skills and experience you have gained throughout your career to date.
- Able to demonstrable current generalist HR knowledge in employee relations, performance management, and employee legislation. It is important to us that there is an importance of doing the basics brilliantly.
- Ability to use sound judgment when advising the business on appropriate actions or solutions to complex situations.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, managing change at pace and the unknown, and dealing constructively with frustration and pressure whilst maintaining a positive and professional manner.
- Able to seek and develop mutually strong relationships with colleagues at all levels within the network globally.
