To provide customer service to this highly reputable company's customers with a focus and commitment to meeting team quality and performance levels. You will be working within the customer banking closures team dealing with customer telephone correspondence and basic administrative processing tasks.

**Desired Experience**

Some previous administrative and customer service experience is preferable. Ideally the administrative experience would include working to service level agreements, processing customer requests, data entry. This is within a banking team so banking / FS experience is advantageous.

Hybrid role 3 days office 2 days working from home although for the first few weeks this would be full time in office (during training / learning in post)

Office hours 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday

Overall:

- Able to work independently on complex tasks
- Share knowledge

Good administration skills

Good communication skills

Hourly rate depending on experience - £12-13.30 p/h depending on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: £12.50-£13.30 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bristol
