**Job Description**:
A leading Financial Services client have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join them in supporting one of their key clients as a Customer Service Administrator.
- A starting salary of £21,255 per annum- Location - Northeast Bristol - office-based role- This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday- Parking and bike storage available + close to bus links.- A supportive business with progression plans for development opportunities**The Customer Service Administrator role**:
To provide high quality administrative and process support to the New Business Team. Working as part of the overall Corporate Support team, the New Business Team provide flexibility to ensure they adapt to the needs of their customers and manage the changing demands of their business across key trading periods.

**The Ideal Customer Service Administrator Applicant**:

- Previous Administration or Customer Service experience within a busy office environment- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach- Effective verbal and written communication with strong numeracy skills- Be customer-focused with effective problem-solving skills- Good understanding of Microsoft Office package including Word & Excel**In return you will receive excellent benefits including**:
