**Job Description**:
A new opportunity with a successful organisation based in Bedminster, for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly yet busy team on a permanent, full-time basis.

**Starting Salary - £22,000 per annum + company performance-based annual bonus of circa £1500**

**Permanent, full-time role**

**Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends) 9.30am-5.30pm**

**Location: fully office-based role in Bedminster**

**Immediate start available**

Due to growth, a busy Printing business in South Bristol are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable addition to their small, dedicated team.

**Key duties for the Customer Service Administrator**:

- Web-based customer service and order processing.
- Taking inbound calls, supporting customers with their orders and upselling where possible
- Data entry and processing orders on web-based software
- Preparing quotations and following up
- Aftercare for existing customers
- Some ad-hoc team, support including helping with packing orders, creating sample packs and filing

**The Customer Service Administrator Profile**:

- Office-based Customer Service Administration experience is preferred.
- Strong IT skills - ideally MAC computer systems knowledge
- Excellent customer service ability with a confident, professional, and positive attitude.
