- You enjoy being part of team and collaborating with your peers
- Someone that can use their own initiative make decisions when working independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail when updating details to ensure we get it right first time
- You will need to be able to demonstrate resilience and reliability
- Experience of working in a similar environment
- You will have microsoft office skills
**What you'll be doing**
- Ensuring we deliver a first-class service and accurately maintaining billing records
- Managing high volume administrative tasks.
- You will look for solutions to make things even better
- Identify potential changes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and the customer's journey
- Working to defined department targets
