**Payroll & HR Assistant - High Wycombe - £15ph**
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Your responsibilities;
**Payroll**
- Loading all employee-related data onto the Payroll System
- Ensuring all necessary amendments have been completed in time for payroll
- Distributing payslips and other documentation to employees
- Answering employee queries in regards to payroll
- Being the contact for any queries from third parties, such as Pension Provider, Inland Revenue
**HR**
- Assists in the recruitment and selection of employees
- Advertising jobs through to the new employee start date and then induction
- Carry out all pre
- and post-employment checks
- Being a point of contact for any external and internal enquiries in relation to employment and conditions of service
- Updating company human resources policies and processes and maintaining records in line with statutory requirements
- Ensures that all information and documentation are correctly processed in line with policies and procedures in order that regulatory, statutory, compliance, and financial requirements are met
- Updating HR systems of employee information throughout the employee lifecycle
- Ensures the effective operation of administrative processes and procedures, recognising the
