**Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Temporary)**

**Salary: £25000 - £28000**

**Location: High Wycombe (Hybrid)**

**Length: 6 months (potentially longer)**

Our client is looking for an temporary Payroll Administrator who will support the Payroll Coordinator with the input and processing for multiple monthly payrolls. You will help develop process efficiencies for the team, managers, and colleagues and provide reports to the Rewards Team, People Services and wider business to support with ongoing change.

The role will also help with the existing benefits, and pension data administration and support pay and reward projects to improve benefit offering. This includes working closely with the Head of Pay & Reward and wider HR team, the role responsibilities are varied and will include:

- Responsible for highlighting and escalating system and process issues as well as potential efficiencies to improve service
- Making sure that all ad-hoc instructions, manual timesheet and expense claim submissions have the correct approval and authorisations before processing for payment
- Carry out monthly validation checks for the payrolls, highlighting identified errors and taking corrective action required
- Help produce monthly and ad-hoc payroll, pension and benefit reports, delivering accurate data across the business at all levels
- Work with the Head of pay & Reward to support reward projects, benefit implementations and carry out administrative tasks as required for the business

**Skills required**:

- Experience of working within a team at a fast pace
- Ideally, from a Payroll or HR environment
- Working to unmoveable deadlines
- Have really good communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
