**Home Care Administrator**

**The main purpose of this position** will be to maintain all the documentation and compliance of home care operations department including, Care Planning and medication management. Further responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Promote and maintain independence, choice, and respect throughout all aspects of the service.
- Deliver support in accordance with the relevant National Minimum Standards
- Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
- Always promote and support the health and safety of the service users.
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, families, colleagues, managers, and other professionals, both in writing and verbally
- Undertake any other duties as required by the business.

**Qualification**:

- QCF or NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is a must.
- Working towards QCF or NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care is desirable.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Preferrable knowledge of home care software knowledge such as Birdie, One Plan etc.
- A supervision qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Self-motivated and Team Player.

**Experience**:

- More than 5 years of experience in Home Care sector is essential.
- Adult Basic Care Planning experience is essential.
- Advance Care planning experience is desirable.
