Do you want to work within the care industry where you will make a difference every day by supporting our front-line staff? 

Aspirations are looking for a super organised and experienced administrator to support our local, friendly team, based in our Birmingham Office (B38). You will have a real variety of duties and challenges, supporting the management team and the senior administrator. You will be interacting with our local and regional staff teams on a regular basis. This isn't an ordinary administration role. You will need to work with confidential information such as taking minutes for disciplinary meetings, typing up reports and respecting the privacy of the people we support.

Duties include:

General admin duties such as typing, photocopying, and actioning emails. Experience of using staff plan is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. Staff file auditing to ensure compliance with CQC requirements. Maintain a clean and tidy office, ensuring all documents are filed away securely or sent to archive. Answering telephone calls and general enquiries to the office. Take minutes of meetings, type and distribute. Carry out stock takes on PPE and Stationery and ensure orders are kept in line with monthly budgets. Organise meetings for managers. File and maintain accurate records, both hard copy and electronic. Support collation of information for audits alongside the quality team. Respect confidentiality of information in line with GDPR.

The successful candidate must have experience in minute taking, CRM system knowledge, MS Office packages and excellent organisational/multitasking skills.
