CEO Communications Lead
As the CEO Communications Lead, you will partner closely with the global head of communications to develop and deliver an integrated communications programme for our CEO. Through strategic messaging, media relations, and internal communications, you will support in positioning the CEO as a thought leader and driving positive engagement with various stakeholders, including employees, clients, investors, media, and industry influencers.

Key Responsibilities

**1. Executive Branding and Messaging**: Develop and refine the CEO's personal brand by crafting compelling narratives, key messages, and talking points that showcase their expertise, vision, and values. Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

**2. Media Relations**: Partner with global external communications team to proactively seek opportunities for media interviews, press releases, and thought leadership articles to enhance the CEO's visibility and influence.

**3. Colleague Communications**: Work closely with the colleague communications team to align the CEO's messages with the broader company communications strategy. Ensure that leaders and employees are well-informed about the CEO's initiatives, achievements, and overall company direction.

**4. Social Media**: Oversee the CEO's digital presence, including their social media profiles, and other relevant platforms, to maintain a strong and consistent online identity.

**5. Investor Relations Support**: Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to provide communication support for quarterly earnings calls, shareholder meetings, and other investor-related events.

**6. Event Management**: Coordinate and manage speaking engagements for the CEO, ensuring maximum exposure and impact.

**7. Market Research and Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges relevant to the CEO's communication strategy.

**8. Measurement and Reporting**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and proposing areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar executive communications role, preferably within the real estate, finance, or corporate sectors.
Strong understanding of the corporate real estate and related market dynamics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling messages and stories.
Strong media relations skills and a track record of successful media placements.
Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms for executive branding and communication purposes.
Outstanding organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
A strategic thinker with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in dealing with confidential information.
