**About The Role**:
We’re looking for a Quality & Projects Administrator to join our Echo team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role can be based at home or from our office in High Wycombe, working Monday-Friday.

As an experienced administrator, you will provide accurate and quality reporting to internal stakeholders and external customers. Working to specific monthly timeframes, you will report on complex sets of data across Echocardiography and Ultrasound.

What you will do:

- Use reports from multiple systems to compile and reconcile data, working closely with finance and management departments to enable accurate invoicing.
- Identify and correct anomalies identified in the reconciliation process.
- Use a variety of internal systems to compile and download data.
- Forward specific billing instructions from customers to the finance department.
- Engage with operational managers for the inclusion of information on quality KPI reporting, for their region and customers.
- Provide managers with accurate performance data on their contracts.
- Comply with ISO standards of information security management, alongside adhering to the requirements of the data protection act.

About you:

- Experience of working in an administrative role using multiple data systems
- Hold the ability to use complex data to compile reports for the presentation of results in a service environment.
- A flexible team player, who is reliable, trustworthy and takes accountability for their role.
- Someone who strives for accuracy, with great analytical and problem-solving skills and a stringent eye for detail.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
