Office Administrator
Have you provided administrative support for before? Would you enjoy working in a varied and stimulating role? If so an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small but rapidly growing team here at Pure Garden Buildings. We are seeking a full time administrator that has prior Administrative experience and has excellent organisational and communication skills.
The company is primarily located in Folkestone and Dover, with a depot in Manchester, with this position being Dover (Kent) based.
**About the role**
In this role you will be working in the head office Reporting to the office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out administrative duties
- Assist in the route planning of jobs for our field service based teams
- Working towards deadlines
- Providing general support to the office
- Communicating information between field staff and the office
- Communicating with Suppliers and Customers
- Willing to learn new skills and undertake training, as required.
- Analysis of data to help improve current ways of working
- Ensuring right first time
**Selection Criteria**:
- Experience in customer service and administrative duties is a must
- Attention to detail
- Have strong proven data analysis skills to interpret data and draw conclusions from it
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Evidence of good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people
- Demonstrable ability to manage competing priorities
- Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel in particular)
- Good levels of numeracy
- Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision
- Enthusiastic, reliable, well-presented and flexible in approach
- proficient in Microsoft office/excel
**Desirable but not essential**:
- Logistic experience
