Finance Assistant - Kingsbridge - £26-32,000 + Performance related bonus + Free lunches

Trial Balance Consulting are delighted to have been exclusively re-engaged by a past client, a highly successful prestige hospitality business based in an exceptionally attractive coastal location close to Kingsbridge. The business has tasked us with sourcing a Finance Assistant to join their small and very friendly accounting function. The role is offered as a full time, permanent contract.
- Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of detailed management information and accounts
- Play a lead role in all aspects of accounts payable and receivable processing to include supplier payment runs
- Working closely with the senior management team, assist in computing and processing weekly and monthly payroll reports
- Accruals and prepayments
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Account reconciliations
- Generation of customer statements
- Assisting with aged debtor management
- Assist with month and year end reporting
- Other ad-hoc finance duties as required
