**About the role**
- Care Assistants / Support Workers do more than a job, they change a life. You would be part of a team that provides high quality, person-centred care and support which allows the people who use our services to live their lives as they choose.
- Building support plans, developing and maintaining daily living skills and promoting independence will form a large part of your role.
