Teaching Personnel is excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a compassionate and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly and dedicated primary school team in Chesham. About the Role:
This is a key role within the school, where you will have the opportunity to provide essential support to students, helping them to overcome learning challenges and achieve their potential. Working within a supportive team, you will assist children with their educational and personal development, making a lasting impact on their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group support to students, tailored to their learning needs
  • Foster a positive, engaging learning environment that encourages pupils’ growth
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver effective learning interventions
  • Monitor and track pupil progress, providing feedback and adjustments to support plans as necessary
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming school atmosphere

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting, ideally as a teaching assistant or in a similar support role
  • Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with young learners
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the school team
  • Relevant qualifications in education or child support are advantageous
