Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, promoting academic growth and social development among Year 6 students.
  • Develop strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, staff, and parents, fostering a positive school community.
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring resources are prepared and readily available for teaching activities.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and supporting the office team when needed.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working with young people in a school setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • The ability to adapt and engage in various aspects of school life, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This role also comes with opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
