Finance Administrator

Working for a prestigious accountancy practice you will support the team responsible for turnaround, restructuring and insolvency. This is a busy admin role supporting the team in Reading and Southampton.
Your role:
- Amending merged letters and reports (topping, tailing and formatting)
- Merging some letters / forms where appropriate; for example chaser letters for debtors
- Turning docs into PDFs (etc) and filing with Postworks, Co House, Creditor Gateway
- Producing certificates of postage (following the filing of docs at Postworks, Co House, Creditor Gateway)
- Appropriate filing of such documents on iManage
- Telephone chasing of HMRC, and debtors etc
- Taking details of initial creditors' queries for technical members of the team to deal with as appropriate
- Updating spreadsheets relating to chasing HMRC and debtors
- Assisting with downloading information from APS and IPS for billing purposes and updating the billing spreadsheet
- Searches of the Land Registry and other databases as necessary
- Assisting with the closure of a case (a largely administrative function)
- Other tasks which as checklist driven (i.e. do not require technical input)
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
