Page Personnel is partnering with a successful law firm based in Southampton who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.
**Client Details**
Our client is a successful law firm who have seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Southampton and require travel to their offices.
**Description**
As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting Partners with overseeing banking for CoP
- Arranging transfers of high balances pending investment
- Authorising payments from deputy accounts and keeping record of daily payments
- Updating income and expenditure spreadsheets for monthly recs and filing with accounts
- Providing evidence of expenditure to Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence team
- Finalising annual accounts for OPG reports
- Preparing bills and monitoring them against annual fees estimate provided to the OPG
- Updating central register of bank accounts for SARs compliance
- Collating certificates for Tax Returns
- Assisting with payroll for care teams to ensure payment on time
- Assisting with payment of pension contributions for carers
**Profile**
To be successful for the Finance Administrator role, you must:
- Have worked in a similar role
- AAT Level 3 or higher
- IT confident especially with Excel
- Be comfortable working independently
