**What will my role entail?**
- You will efficiently manage and enhance the administrative functions within the organisation by providing dedicated secretarial support to the CEO, Chairs of Trustees, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- The role involves coordination of meetings, recording and transcribing minutes, and ensuring seamless communication and follow-up on actions. Additionally, the position requires adept administrative skills, including formatting, editing, and distribution of minutes, as well as providing comprehensive support to the SLT in preparation for meetings and general administrative tasks.
