**THE COMPANY**:
Our client is a successful banking firm with a strong global presence, offering a comprehensive range of services across corporate and investment banking activities.

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To support the provision of financial crime training to key stakeholders
- To support the holistic financial crime compliance programme, where required.
- To escalate effectively to the departmental head any other matters that require further guidance.
- Coordinate communications with the department and other relevant internal departments such as legal, front office etc
- To support the FCC functions on strategic project initiatives
- Ensure applicable policies and procedures are maintained and up to date.
- To act as an escalation point for relevant management information and information packs
- To support increased focus on outsourcing, internal and external audit requests for the business
- Track and manage reporting of financial crime systems and controls
- Track and manage strategic enhancements to the financial crime programme
- To support the financial crime functions on strategic project initiatives relating to the internal control environment.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- An understanding of key financial crime elements would be desirable.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An understanding of Banking products and services would be preferable.
- Excellent IT Skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
- A strong desire to learn.
- Self
- motivated.
- Ability to work well in a team.
