Norse Group have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Project Manager to join our Groups HR department based at our Head Office in Norwich.

The role is being offered on a 12-month FTC, due to the commencement of an exciting new project launching within our support services division.

**The Role**:
Project One is the start of our new core system being implemented that will be a vital part of the support services function, this will improve the functionality and quality of all internal processes for HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance and IT.

As HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of non-technology projects within the programmes of work. You will oversee the project from start to completion, ensuring all outcomes are achieved to a high standard and developingrelationships with key stakeholders. You will be expected to develop project plans, conduct risk analysis and identity potential issues with a resolution.

Your role will play an integral part of our new Project, you will need to ensure the day-to-day operations runs smoothly and efficiently, you will be responsible for the management of a series of people related projects as part of the wider transformationprogramme. Reporting directly into the Programme Director for escalating any issues, regularly ensuring the project is achieving targets and outcomes are met within agreed timescales.
- Recognised Project Management qualification or professional association (PRINCE2 Practitioner / APM).
- Proven experience in a HR project management position
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of tailoring your presentation of information to your audience
- Excellent client facing and relationship management skills
- Capable of working autonomously where required, as well as being able to collaborate in a team environment
- Travel to other Norse Group Offices will be required, so a full UK driving licence is essential to meet the criteria of the role
