My client is looking for a HR Project Manager on a 12 month FTC. You will be responsible for the definition and management of a series of people related projects as part of a wider transformation programme. You will develop a project plan to deliver therequired project products and you will oversee the projects to ensure desired outcomes are achieved, within agreed timescales, using defined resource, to the satisfaction of key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing a project plan to deliver the required project products including the resourcing requirements.
- Working with project stakeholders.
- Conducting a risk analysis for each project.
- Establishing project teams.
- Engaging with project stakeholders and resources.
- Delivering agreed tasks or products within the project plan.
- Identifying project issues and manage the issues to resolution or escalation.
- Updating the project plan and ensure all project documentation is maintained.
- Managing stakeholder engagement and communications.
- Recognised Project Management qualification or professional association (PRINCE2 Practitioner / APM).
- Proven experience in a HR project management position.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of tailoring your presentation of information to your audience.
- Excellent client facing and relationship management skills.
- Capable of working autonomously where required, as well as being able to collaborate in a team environment.
- Travel to other offices will be required, so a full UK driving licence is essential to meet the criteria of the role.
