We have an exciting HR opportunity due to expansion. We are looking for an HR Officer to join our current team, based at our head office in Norwich, supporting all our UK offices as the first point of call for all day to day HR enquiries.

The successful applicant will currently work in an HR-focussed role.

**The successful applicant will have**

CIPD Level 3 in Human Resource Management or the desire to study towards it within 12-18 months (funded by Brown&Co).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels across our network of offices.

Organisational and administrative skills

Proven work experience as an HR administrator or HR trainee, ideally looking for career progression

Some knowledge of employment legislation

**Job Requirements**

Support the overall recruitment strategy ensuring this drives progress towards our Equality & Inclusion goals

Good working knowledge of right to work requirements and process

Experience in the full recruitment life cycle and selection skills, including offers, contracts and inductions

Previous experience of recruiting apprentices is desirable but not essential.

Support the internal timetable for apprentices and graduate hiring

Administration of leavers process

Involvement in the Firm’s appraisal process such monitoring, reviewing and logging outcomes

Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data

Involvement in gathering department KPI figures

Working with the HR Director and HR Manager to fulfil the Firm’s HR strategy

Assisting in organising employer branding initiatives

Supporting HR project work as required

Data processing and storage in line with GDPR

This role is Full Time - Monday-Friday 9.00-17.30pm with hour for lunch located in Norwich city centre.
