REED are working with a fantastic organisation in Norwich, recruiting for the position of **HR Advisor** to join their friendly HR team on a Permanent basis.

Both full time and part time will be considered.

Working hours between the hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

**The role**

This is a great opportunity for a HR Assistant/Officer or HR Advisor, who has been exposed to case work and project work, to join a vibrant and busy organisation and have the opportunity to develop both their experience and opportunity for funding towardsCIPD.

The role will involve working as part of the HR Team, supporting with policy design and implementation, assistance to employees and management, encouraging positive working relationships across the organisation, assisting employees with how to use the HRsystem effectively, advising and guiding staff on HR procedures and regulations, and some HR Administration.

There are some great projects you will be able to get involved in this year around people culture, wellbeing, policy improvement and much more.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years HR experience
- HR advisor experience OR exposure to case work, understanding of policy & procedure implementation, the first line disciplinary process, and how to guide staff on HR practice.
- Confidence to use initiative and manage own workload
- Open, Honest and Fair values

- Able to contribute ideas for improvement and has a positive attitude towards continuous development
- Confidential and discrete working
